He currently heads the Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence as COO and holds an expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships and Alliances. Simar, plays a vital role in the launch of Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence post the partnerships with the educational intitution gets freezed. In the past, he was also the Assistant Manager of Joint Secretary & media committee member at Punjab Cricket Association Mohali wherein he played key role in ICC Champions Trophy-2006, all BCCI tournaments & IpL-2008, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014 & ICC Worldcup-2011.
